A team activity everyone can actually join

A Teasan tasting has no barrier to entry: no alcohol, no caffeine, nothing that needs a change of clothes. Pregnant colleagues join. The caffeine-sensitive join. It works across cultures, seniority levels, and dietary needs, at any hour of the workday.

It is conversation-forward, not performance-forward. Nobody is put on the spot, nobody has to win anything. The table does the work: taste something rare together and the talk follows on its own.

What is a caffeine-free tea tasting?

A seated, guided session where your team tastes a lineup of naturally caffeine-free Japanese teas. The founder of Teasan pours each round, explains what you are tasting and where it comes from, and steers the comparison.

These are rare teas: over a hundred caffeine-free varieties exist in Japan and almost none reach Singapore. Most of your team will be tasting them for the first time, which is exactly the point.

How it comes together

Step 1

You reach out

The form below, or an email. A rough headcount and a rough date are plenty to start.

Step 2

We shape the session together

Group size, space, timing, budget: nothing is fixed. We shape the whole session around what your team needs.

Step 3

We come to you

On the day, everything arrives with us. Your team just shows up.

The earlier you reach out, the more options we have for dates and spaces.

07

Common questions

From a small leadership team to a full department. Tell us your headcount and we shape the format around it: one long table for smaller groups, stations for larger ones.

Wherever your team already is. We bring the full setup to your office, event space, or a venue you have chosen, anywhere in Singapore.

A room with tables and chairs and access to hot water. A standard meeting room works. We bring the teas, teaware, and everything else, and we pack it all down after.

Yes. Some of our teas are made from beans and leaves people can be allergic to, so we ask about allergies before every session and adjust the lineup. Everything served is caffeine-free and alcohol-free, so pregnant guests and the caffeine-sensitive join without a workaround.

Easily. The session runs 90 to 120 minutes and slots into a morning, an afternoon break, or an evening wind-up. We coordinate timing with whoever runs your agenda.

No. The session is built for first-timers. If someone on your team is already deep into tea, there is plenty for them too: these are varieties even tea people rarely get to try.

As early as you can. Popular dates go first, and more lead time means more choice of dates and spaces. If your date is close, write to us anyway and we will see what is possible.
