Teasan ("we," "us") operates teasan.com. This policy explains how we handle your information.
What we collect
When you join our email list, we collect your email address and the approximate location (country and city) of your internet connection at the time you sign up. When you place an order or book a tasting, we collect what we need to fulfill it: your name, email address, phone number, the delivery or event address, and any allergies you tell us about.
How we use it
We use your email address to send Field Notes and occasional updates about Teasan. We won't spam you. Order and booking details are used only to deliver your order or run your tasting.
Third parties
We use Shopify to manage our email list, run our shop and process payments at checkout. Your details are stored on their servers. Tasting bookings happen in Instagram direct messages. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. If you want your data deleted entirely, contact us at hello@teasan.com.
